Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) is an easily cultivated member of the Rose family. Raspberry leaf tea is delicious resembling a rich, earthy black tea without the caffeine. Red raspberry leaf is also popular in herbal infusion blends for both its taste and healthful qualities. The leaves contain up to 10% iron in addition to many other minerals and vitamins.
